Given below are two methods to help you recover corrupted Outlook PST files:
1. Scanpst.exe:
This is a default tool for repairing PST. Microsoft’s Inbox Repair tool will solve the problem in such situations. A major disadvantage of the scanpst.exe is that you can use this facility only for repairing corrupt pst files that have header corruption and cannot be used to fix any other issues. The damaged PST file is thoroughly scanned and then the recovery software will work to repair MS Outlook. The software creates a new copy of the file on your computer’s hard disk after the PST repair Microsoft process. The supported version of MS Outlook email application allows you to easily access this file.
